Christmas!

December 2023

Santa is on his way to school again this year, and we've worked with him to get chocolate coins for all the children as well as to supply everyone with Christmas crackers, napkins and table clothes for their Christmas dinner!

Ipad Charging Station

Autumn 2023

We have recently donated just over £900 to pay for a new charging trolley for some of the school ipads, as the old one wasn't fit for purpose anymore. This will make sure that the technology is always charged and ready for the children to use in their lessons! Thanks to everyone for their continued support that makes this funding possible.

EYFS artificial grass and play equipment

Easter 2023

In the Spring, the PTA had the pleasure of meeting with the school council to discuss the issue of a very muddy area of ground, just inside the EYFS gates. Representatives from each class discussed the issues surrounding this area, and considered what would be best to install in this space. They took a poll in their classes and reflected on what types of play equipment and ground type, should be purchased. Once these polls had been collated, a final decision was made to install artificial grass and three different pieces of play equipment that specifically helped EYFS pupils develop their coordination, balance and core strength skills. The PTA donated £3000 (which VAT can also be reclaimed on) toward the project and the work was completed during the Easter break!
